I'm not flexible, can I still do yoga?
Yes! If you can breathe, you can do yoga! In fact you are a perfect candidate for yoga. One of the most popular yoga myths is the belief that you need to be flexible before ever setting foot on a mat, but that’s a little bit like thinking that you need to be able to play tennis in order to take tennis lessons. Come as you are! In fact, a regular yoga practice will actually help you become more flexible over time. This newfound agility will be balanced by strength, coordination as well as a sense of physical confidence and overall well-being.
Why Yoga?
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.

Yes, absolutely. There is no assumed level of fitness required for the yoga classes I teach. You could be a couch potato or an athlete, yoga can benefit everyone. Yoga can help you gain a sense of physical confidence and overall well-being.
Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to enhance both physical and mental wellbeing. It originated in India many hundreds of years ago, and has continually evolved towards the form that is popular throughout the world today. There are many different styles of yoga practices today. My approach although rooted in this amazing centuries old traditions & philosophy, is modern and straightforward in approach to make it accessible and welcoming to all.

I offer a holistic approach to yoga, blending the benefits of Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, & Yoga Nidra.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice targeting the deeper tissues (connective tissues, joints, and bones). it: - Holds passive postures for 3-5 minutes - Encourages relaxation, flexibility, and inner stillness - Balances energy and calms the mind
Vinyasa Yoga, also known as flow yoga, is a dynamic and movement-based practice focusing on: - Breath-synchronized movements - Building strength, flexibility, and endurance - Cultivating inner heat and vitality
Yin-Yang Yoga (Combination Class) This unique blend combines the calming, restorative aspects of Yin Yoga with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa Yoga. - Balanced energy and flexibility - Mindful movement and relaxation - A harmonious union of opposing forces
Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice that promotes profound relaxation and healing.
