Space is limited. Please cancel at least 3 hours before class if you can’t attend.


Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $10 fee (applies to all students — drop-ins, class packs, and memberships).

🌿 CLASS LEVEL KEY

L1 – Level One – Beginner
Best for brand new students, returning after time away, or anyone wanting a slow, supportive pace.

​

L2 – Level Two – Beginner / Intermediate
Best for students with some experience who want a moderate pace and steady flow.

​

L2.5 – Level Two-Point-Five – Strong Beginner / Intermediate
Best for students ready to build strength and bridge the gap between Level 2 and Level 3.

​

L3 – Level Three – Intermediate
Best for experienced students who want stronger flows and fewer cues.
