Crystal Sound Bowls – Resonant Frequencies That Rewire Your Brain

Crystal sound bowls are powerful tools for brainwave entrainment—a process where external rhythmic sound shifts your brain’s natural electrical activity.

Most people live in a high beta brainwave state—which is fast, alert, and overstimulated.

 

This state is useful for focus and survival but chronic time in beta leads to:

Stress and anxiety

Racing thoughts and mental exhaustion
