Let your body exhale and your nervous system soften. In these 1:1 sessions, I use a combination of crystal singing bowls, weighted tuning forks, and intentional sound frequencies to help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and bring your body and mind back into harmony. This isn’t just relaxation—it’s energetic alignment through vibration. Whether you're feeling anxious, disconnected, or just plain heavy, sound therapy offers a gentle but powerful reset. No experience necessary. Just lay back, breathe, and receive.

Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking & Payment Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. This locks in your spot and honors the time, energy, and setup I prepare just for you. Bookings are not confirmed without payment. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations Wix doesn’t allow clients to reschedule on their own once booked, so here’s how it works: Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance by messaging me directly. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you’ll be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full session fee — no exceptions. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy I allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, the session is canceled and considered a no-show unless you’ve contacted me ahead of time. If you’re running late, just shoot me a quick message — communication goes a long way. 🎶 What to Expect You’ll stay fully clothed and relax either on a massage table or a mat setup depending on what’s best for you. I use a blend of tools like crystal bowls, tuning forks, and Koshi chimes to help calm your nervous system and support emotional regulation. ⚠️ Health & Safety Note Sound Therapy is not a medical treatment. Please inform me ahead of time of any sound sensitivities, mobility limitations, or health conditions so I can support you appropriately. 💸 Refunds There are no refunds once the session has taken place. If you cancel with proper notice, your payment can be transferred to a future session.
