Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Step into a sacred space of deep healing and transformation with this all-levels class that weaves together the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra and the celestial vibrations of a sound bath.

Yoga Nidra, often called the "yogic sleep of the soul," is a powerful guided meditation that journeys you through the layers of your being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. As you rest in stillness, this practice invites you to release tension, dissolve old patterns, and connect with the limitless essence of your true self.

The experience concludes with a heart-opening sound bath, where the divine tones of crystal singing bowls envelop you in a symphony of peace, recalibrating your energy, harmonizing your spirit, and awakening the light within.
